GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Electric Christmas 2018 is a rain or shine event.
  • No refunds – ID will be required at the time of will call pickup & upon entering the venue.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change.
  • Everyone and everything is subject to search at all entry points.
  • Any alcohol consumption will require valid ID and age verification
  • No unauthorized selling of any kind
  • No re-entry will be allowed during this event.

What are the ticket prices?

GA Floor: $75.00

Reserved Seating: $30.00 - $60.00

Kids Admission (24 months & younger) FREE*
*must be accompanied with an adult

What do I get with a Floor ticket?

Access to Assembly and Rush, 2 private bar lounges on the floor level.

Is Floor seated or standing?

Floor is standing.

Are there any age restrictions?

Electric Christmas is an all age’s event and does not require a minimum age to attend, however we request that no children under 14 come unaccompanied and that no children under 14 are in the pit.

Do children get in for free?

Children under twenty-four (24) months of age are admitted free of charge provided they sit on an adult’s lap.

ANIMALS:

Only service dogs, either certified or in-training, are permitted in Golden 1 Center. All other animals are prohibited

ATMS:

Golden 1 Credit Union ATMs are located inside the arena at Sections 103, 122, 202 and 222. In addition, fans may visit Golden 1 Credit Union ATMs located outside near the Box Office.

BAG SEARCH:

All bags are subject to search upon entry, and within the venue. Prohibited items should be disposed of in trash or recycle containers, or may be returned to one's vehicle.  All bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8” (i.e. purses, suitcases, beach bags, etc) are prohibited. Bags deemed and accepted as medical bags must be searched and tagged by a security supervisor. Backpacks are prohibited from Golden 1 Center.

BOX OFFICE:

The Box Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. It is closed on Sunday unless it is an event day.

  • How to Purchase Tickets: Electric Christmas tickets are available through ALT94.7.com/electricxmas, Golden1Center.com, or TicketMaster.com.
  • Types of Payment Accepted: Cash, Discover Card, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard
  • Will Call: Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of event at the Golden 1 Center Box Office only. The Golden 1 Center Box Office will be open two (2) hours prior the event. Guests must present the credit card used to place the order and a valid photo I.D. Will Call drop-off is not available for all events.
  • Child Admission: Children under twenty-four (24) months of age are admitted free of charge provided they sit on an adult’s lap.

WARNING: All tickets are scanned before entry is allowed. If you purchase a ticket from a re-seller/scalper, we will not honor or credit fake tickets. Official tickets can only be purchased at ALT947.com/electric, Golden1Center.com, or TicketMaster.com

COMPLIMENTS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS:

During an event, guests are recommended to express any compliments, comments, or concerns to our Guest Services Station located near Section 109 on the Plaza Level or Section 207 on the Bridge Level. DROP-OFF LOCATIONS:

Drop-off locations are located:

  • On the east side of 4th between L Street and Capitol Mall
  • On the north side of J Street between 3rd and 5th Street
  • On I Street between 7th and 8th Street

Accessible ADA pick-up and drop-off is available on 4th & J between the Fruit Building and Downtown Commons.

ELEVATORS:

Elevators are available at the following locations:

  • Plaza Level - Sections 104, 109, 115
  • Loft Level - Outside L03, L13, L26
  • Suite Level - Outside S02, S12, S18
  • Bridge Level - Sections 202, 207, 211, 213

EMERGENCY EVACUATION:

Golden 1 Center Security and Guest Services team members have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should an emergency evacuation situation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the video board and announced on the assistive listening devices and public address systems.

ESCALATORS:

Escalators are available on the East and West side of the arena to transfer guests from the Plaza to Bridge Levels.

FAMILY RESTROOMS:

Family restrooms are available at the following locations:

  • Event Level - Assembly, Rush, and Lexus Lounge
  • Plaza Level - Sections 105, 114, 118, 121
  • Loft Level - Outside L13 and L42
  • Suite Level - Outside S11 and S34
  • Bridge Level - Sections 203 and 220

FIRST AID:

Emergency Medical Technicians are on-site during all Golden 1 Center events. First Aid is available on the Event, Plaza and Bridge Levels, including the following locations:

  • Event Level - Adjacent to Security Office
  • Plaza Level - Section 118
  • Bridge Level - Section 207 

SENSORY ROOMS/SENSORY BAGS:

Sensory Room: Our sensory room is available for all Golden 1 Center events.  The respective space is for individuals who need to regroup after becoming overstimulated. Please reach out to any Guest Services Representative or visit our Guest Service Station at Section 109 or Section 207 for assistance. 

Sensory Bags: Available for all Golden 1 Center events. Sensory bags contain KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise cancelling headphones, and other resources. Sensory bags are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services Stations located at Section 109 and Section 207.

GUEST SERVICES:

Guest Services Stations are located near Section 109 on the Plaza Level and Section 207 on the Bridge Level. Guest Services Stations are designed to provide information to guests with questions, concerns, or issues during Golden 1 Center events. Assistance for guests with disabilities is also available.

LOST AND FOUND:

Any items found in the building should be turned into Guest Services Stations located near Section 109 on the Plaza Level or Section 207 on the Bridge Level. When Electric Christmas ends, all unclaimed items are logged and secured. Any unclaimed items will be donated or discarded after 30 days. For any additional questions, please call: 916.701.5325

LOST CHILDREN/ PERSONS:

Lost children/persons should be reported to Guest Services Stations near Section 109 on the Plaza Level, Section 207 on the Bridge Level, or to the nearest security officer.

LOST AND STOLEN TICKETS:

For lost tickets, guests should contact their original point of purchase. For stolen tickets, guests should contact local law enforcement first, then their point of purchase with a police report. For more information, please visit Golden 1 Center Box Office.

PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Promoters, artists, consultants, vendors and any other party affiliated with Entercom Sacramento, Entercom Live and ALT 94.7 are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. All patrons are solely responsible for any personal items that are brought into, onto, or around the event.

RE-ENTRY:

Golden 1 Center has a "no re-entry" policy during events. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle, or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies, must first make contact with a Guest Services Supervisor or Manager via Guest Services Stations to make necessary arrangements.

SIGNS/BANNERS/POSTERS/FLAGS:

Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, Golden 1 Center welcomes guests bringing small signs, banners, posters and flags inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines apply:

  • Item must be related to the event
  • Item may not be attached to a stick/pole
  • Item may not be larger than 11” x 17” in dimension
  • Item may not obstruct any sponsor or advertiser signage
  • Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
  • Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by Golden 1 Center management
  • Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by Golden 1 Center management.  

SMOKING POLICY:
Golden 1 Center is a smoke-free building and smoking is prohibited within 250 feet of the arena. Please note re-entry is not allowed if a guest leaves the arena to smoke outside.

Smoking includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers.

WEAPONS:

Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. Golden 1 Center does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons at Guest Services Stations or Security. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of the items listed above will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.

WILL CALL:

Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of the event at the Box Office only. The Box Office is open two (2) hours prior to the event. Guests must present the credit card used to place the order and a valid photo I.D. Will Call drop-off is not available for all events.
