California Governor Gavin Newsom has announced that some of California will begin to move into the 2nd phase. The reopening plan, release earlier in April, could allow some lower-risk workplaces such as clothing stores, sporting goods, and florists to open possibly as early as Friday, May 9th! Newsom says its feasible because the numbers have made it possible, largely in part to our early entry into Stay At Home orders across the state. Other businesses that could open include bookstores, music stores, & toy stores!
