More school districts announce closures amid virus spread

Update 3/13/20 - A number of school districts have announced three week closures amids the spread of COVID-19.

The Sacramento County Office of Education stated that all 13 of its school districts, including Sacramento City Unified and Elk Grove Unified, will be closed for up to three weeks starting Monday, March 16.

The Davis Joint Unified School District has announced that it's schools will be closed for a month, including all activities, performances and athletic practices and events. The district will be closed until April 12th.

The Dry Creek Joint Elementary School District announced their closure until April 13th.

Solano County also announced their closure will remain in place until March 27th.
